These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (www.gammanexus.com) and services, including but not limited to DSA Bootcamp, Software Development, CV Writing, Research Proposals, Professional Writing, and Branding services. By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the website or use our services.

2. Definitions

• "We", "Us", "Our", "Company" refers to Gamma Nexus, its owners, directors, employees, and affiliates.
• "You", "Your", "User", "Client" refers to the individual or entity accessing our website or purchasing our services.
• "Services" refers to all services offered by Gamma Nexus, including but not limited to DSA Bootcamp, Software Development, CV Writing, Research Proposals, Professional Writing, and Branding services.
• "Website" refers to the Gamma Nexus website at www.gammanexus.com and all its contents.
• "Content" refers to all materials, information, documents, code, data, and other resources available through our website or services.

3. Services

3.1 Service Description

Gamma Nexus offers the following services:

• DSA Bootcamp: A 4-week intensive training program focused on data structures and algorithms.
• Software Development: Custom software development services for various platforms and needs.
• CV Writing: Professional CV/resume writing and optimization services.
• Research Proposals: Development and writing of academic and business research proposals.
• Professional Writing: Various professional writing services including business documents, technical writing, and more.
• Branding: Brand development, logo design, and brand identity services.

The specific details, deliverables, and timelines for each service will be agreed upon at the time of purchase or through a separate service agreement.

3.2 Service Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
• Provide accurate and complete information during the registration process
• Meet any specific eligibility requirements for individual services (e.g., basic programming knowledge for the DSA Bootcamp)
• Make the required payment for the service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

4. Payment Terms

By purchasing our services, you agree to the following payment terms:

• All payments must be made according to the pricing and payment schedule specified for each service
• For the DSA Bootcamp, the minimum payment required for participation is ₦2,000
• For other services, payment terms will be specified in the service agreement or at checkout
• All payments must be made in the currency specified at checkout
• Payment does not guarantee acceptance if eligibility requirements are not met
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy, which can be found here

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Our Intellectual Property

All content provided as part of our services, including but not limited to videos, presentations, code examples, exercises, documentation, designs, and written materials, is the intellectual property of Gamma Nexus or its content creators and is protected by copyright laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any materials without our express permission
• Modify or create derivative works based on our materials
• Use our materials for commercial purposes
• Share your access credentials with others

You may:

• Use the materials for your personal learning and development
• Create and keep your own solutions to exercises and challenges

5.2 Client Materials and Deliverables

For custom services such as Software Development, CV Writing, Research Proposals, Professional Writing, and Branding:

• Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for you, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement
• We retain ownership of any pre-existing materials, tools, systems, and processes used to create your deliverables
• We may showcase your project in our portfolio unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing

6. User Conduct

All users of our services must adhere to our Code of Conduct, which includes:

• Treating all Gamma Nexus staff and other users with respect
• Refraining from disruptive behavior during bootcamp sessions or service delivery
• Not engaging in harassment, discrimination, or bullying
• Not sharing inappropriate or offensive content
• Following instructions from Gamma Nexus staff
• Not attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our software or systems
• Not using our services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law

Violation of our Code of Conduct may result in termination of services without refund and potential legal action if warranted.

7. Service-Specific Terms

7.1 DSA Bootcamp

• The bootcamp runs for 4 consecutive weeks with a defined schedule
• Participants are expected to attend all sessions and complete assigned exercises and projects
• Certificates will only be issued to participants who complete the program according to our completion criteria

7.2 Software Development

• Project scope, timeline, and deliverables will be defined in a separate statement of work or service agreement
• Changes to project scope may require additional time and costs, which will be communicated and agreed upon before implementation
• We provide a warranty period as specified in the service agreement, during which we will fix bugs and issues at no additional cost

7.3 Writing Services

• All writing services (CV Writing, Research Proposals, Professional Writing) include up to two rounds of revisions at no additional cost
• Additional revisions may incur extra charges
• Turnaround times will be specified at the time of order and may vary based on complexity and length
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., job offers from CVs or acceptance of research proposals)

7.4 Branding

• Branding services include a specified number of concept designs and revision rounds as detailed in the service agreement
• Final deliverables will be provided in industry-standard file formats as specified in the service agreement
• We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless explicitly requested otherwise

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gamma Nexus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our website by any third party

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the applicable service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using our services.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

10. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference, explains how we collect, use, and disclose information about you.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to mediation in accordance with the laws of Nigeria.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
