1. Overview

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to all services provided by Gamma Nexus, including but not limited to the DSA Bootcamp, Software Development, CV Writing, Research Proposals, Professional Writing, and Branding services. By purchasing any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Refund Policy.

2. Bootcamp Refund Policy

2.1 Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds for our bootcamp programs under the following circumstances:

• Full Refund: If you request a refund within 48 hours of payment and before the bootcamp has commenced, you are eligible for a full refund.
• Partial Refund: If you request a refund after 48 hours but before the bootcamp commences, you are eligible for a 50% refund.
• No Refund: Once the bootcamp has commenced, no refunds will be issued except in exceptional circumstances as determined by the Gamma Nexus team.

3. Software Development Services

3.1 Custom Software Development

For custom software development projects, our refund policy is as follows:

• Project Initiation Phase: 70% refund if cancelled before any development work begins, after initial consultation and requirements gathering.
• Development Phase: Once development has begun, refunds will be prorated based on the percentage of work completed, less a 20% administrative fee.
• Project Completion: No refunds after the final deliverables have been provided.

All refund requests for software development services must be submitted in writing with a detailed explanation of the reason for the request.

4. Writing Services

4.1 CV Writing, Research Proposals, and Professional Writing

For all writing services, our refund policy is as follows:

• Before Work Begins: Full refund if cancelled before the writer begins working on your project.
• Draft Submission: 50% refund if you are not satisfied with the first draft and do not wish to proceed with revisions.
• After Revisions: If you have received and reviewed revisions, no refund will be provided. However, we will continue to work with you to ensure your satisfaction with the final product.

For writing services, we offer up to two rounds of revisions at no additional cost. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

5. Branding Services

For branding services, our refund policy is as follows:

• Concept Phase: 70% refund if cancelled after the initial consultation but before concept designs are delivered.
• Design Phase: 40% refund if cancelled after concept designs are delivered but before final designs are completed.
• Final Delivery: No refunds after final branding materials have been delivered.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances, such as:

• Major technical issues on our part that prevent access to services or delivery of work
• Cancellation of services by the Gamma Nexus team
• Serious illness or emergency (with supporting documentation)
• Failure on our part to deliver services according to the agreed-upon specifications and timeline

We may, at our sole discretion, offer a full or partial refund even after service delivery has commenced. Each case will be reviewed individually.

7. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to refunds@gammanexus.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Full Name] - [Service Type]"
2. Include your full name, email address used for registration, date of payment, service purchased, and detailed reason for requesting a refund
3. For exceptional circumstances, please provide any relevant supporting documentation

We will process your refund request within 7 business days and notify you of our decision. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

8. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Any additional materials or resources purchased separately from the primary service
• Services where work has been completed according to the agreed-upon specifications and delivered on time
• Services if you are removed due to violation of our Code of Conduct or Terms and Conditions
• Transaction fees charged by payment processors

9. Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review this Refund Policy periodically.
